Wow, so I guess Butterfingers are really getting around these days. Earlier I did a review on Butterfingers Reeses cups and now here they are taking over Utz pretzels. Well, congrats on becoming little snack sluts Butterfingers! You have managed to slip yourself around to another brand. Since you did the Reeses cups well, I am hoping that you have managed to do a good job with these babies. Let’s take a look.
Upon opening the bag, there was definitely the smell of peanut butter and chocolate. The pretzel itself was not too big yet heavily coated with the Butterfinger-ness. The coating did not get on my fingers, but the longer I held the pretzel the more melty it got.
Biting into the pretzel was easy. There was no difficulty meaning you wouldn’t break a filling. AND there was a great crunch factor! On top of that the peanut butter/chocolate flavor was appropriately even and not too sweet. Way to go once again. No wonder all these different brands are letting Butterfinger infiltrate their products. The company seems to work well with others. Well done I say.
The round up:
Would I buy it again? Probably not since I have other cravings, but maybe good for a road trip/tour snack to share.
Would I finish the bag? maybe, definitely see if any wants to help out.
